Ingredients
• 6 jalapeno peppers
• 3 garlic cloves
Method
Slice jalapenos & garlic into fine slices.
Place the sliced peppers & garlic into an airtight container.
Add enough Wild Nectar Honey to completely cover the jalapenos.
Screw the lid on tightly & flip to coat all the jalapenos with the honey.
Let the mixture ferment for 1-2 weeks. It may bubble a little - that's normal! You will know it's ready when the honey has become noticeably runnier.
