Start your morning with a delicious take on overnight oats, made with healthy ingredients and Wild Nectar Organic Honey, this overnight oats will start your day right!

Ingredients
• 1 cup oats
• 2 teaspoons unsweetened matcha
• 1 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 1/4 cups unsweetened oat milk
• 2 1/2 tablespoons Wild Nectar Organic Honey
• 1 lemon zest
• 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup coconut yoghurt
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate
The Method:
In a large bowl, combine oats, matcha, chia seeds and salt.
In a separate jug, whisk together the oat milk, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour this over the oat mixture and stir well to combine.
Cover bowl (or pour into an airtight container) and refrigerate for 4-8 hours until the oats have thickened.
In a small bowl, mix the coconut yoghurt with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of honey, lemon zest and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Layer the chilled oats & the lemon vanilla yoghurt into your favourite jar or glass.
Melt the chocolate and spoon it over the top - make sure you let it drizzle down the sides! Pop the jar back into the fridge to let the chocolate set. Enjoy!
