Wild Nectar Shipping and Returns
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days of it being placed. Delivery times vary, but you should expect to receive your order between 4-8 business days from the shipment date.
Our products are shipped via courier and rates are calculated based on the total weight of the products ordered and the location where the order will be shipped to.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
We do not ship internationally and we cannot ship to WA or NT to due to biosecurity requirements for us to pasteurise our honey (so it will no longer be raw) or to Kangaroo Island where all honey imports are banned as it is a declared reservation for the protection of the Ligurian Honeybee.
We pack our products really carefully with protective, eco-friendly materials but if your product has arrived damaged or is not the correct order contents, please email us within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you include your order number, and proof of any damage or incorrect contents.
We will assess the fault and arrange for a refund or replacement on the order on a case by case basis. Any refund will be to the original payment method or replacement of damaged product to the same address.
We will not refund for a change of mind or error in the order process. However, please get in touch with us asap if you have made an error in your order and if the product has not been shipped we’ll do our best to amend it for you.
We are unable to accept returns and we cannot resell any returned product due to risk of the product being tampered with.
