A Christmas showstopper and a delicious heart of the table for lunch or dinner, this moist baked ham is simple and easy to make. It can feed a crowd, and lasts for days in sandwiches, omelettes and soups.
The ingredients:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Wild Nectar Organic or Pure Honey
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Whole cloves to stud
The magic:
- Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees. Peel the skin off the ham and score 5mm deep in a diamond pattern. Stud the cloves into the corners fo the diamonds. Glaze generously and place on lower rack in oven.
- Bake ham for 1 hour 30 mins, re brushing with honey glaze every 25 mins.
