The Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400g fresh halloumi, thickly sliced
- 1 tbsp Wild Nectar honey, either Orange Blossom or Organic (to taste)
- Finely grated zest of ½ orange
- Fresh thyme
The Method:
- Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat, add halloumi in batches and cook, turning once, until golden (2-3 minutes).
- Return all halloumi to the pan, drizzle with Wild Nectar honey, scatter with zest and fresh thyme.
