Golden Haloumi

The Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400g fresh halloumi, thickly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Wild Nectar honey, either Orange Blossom or Organic (to taste)
  • Finely grated zest of ½ orange
  • Fresh thyme

The Method:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat, add halloumi in batches and cook, turning once, until golden (2-3 minutes).
  2. Return all halloumi to the pan, drizzle with Wild Nectar honey, scatter with zest and fresh thyme.
